Test-policy version: 5 August 2026
These terms govern use of BudgetFly, operated by BUDGETFLY LIMITED, an Irish
company registered under CRO number 821810. Contact: contact@budgetfly.io.
1. Current test environment
The current website is a test service. It does not accept real payments, issue real tickets or create live
airline bookings. Sandbox references and simulated payments have no monetary or travel value. Do not rely on
a test result as proof of a reservation.
2. BudgetFly's role
BudgetFly is a travel-technology intermediary, not an airline. We help customers discover destinations,
compare flight information and, for eligible test offers, submit a sandbox booking request to a flight-booking
provider. Airlines supply and operate flights. Hotels, tours, insurance and some fare links are provided by
independent partner websites under their own terms.
3. Prices and availability
Indicative, cached and test prices are not guaranteed. Airline prices and availability can change until a
ticket is issued. Eligible in-app offers are refreshed before checkout. The displayed total identifies the
currency and known airline amounts, optional extras and BudgetFly service fee. No fee or payment is collected
in this test environment.
4. Passenger responsibility
You must review names, dates of birth, itinerary, dates, connection times and contact details before
continuing. Names must match the travel documents that would be used for travel. Public testing must use
dummy passenger details and must not include real identity-document information.
Customers are responsible for checking and meeting all passport-validity, visa, transit-visa, immigration,
health-document, onward-travel and other entry requirements for every passenger and every destination or
transit country. A booking or ticket does not guarantee boarding or admission to a country; airlines and
border authorities make those decisions. BudgetFly does not provide immigration advice or verify that a
passenger is permitted to travel.
5. Airline rules
Airline fare rules govern baggage, seats, changes, cancellations, refunds and missed flights. Customers must
check the baggage allowance for every flight segment and comply with the operating airline's size, weight,
quantity, prohibited-item and check-in requirements. Additional or oversized baggage may incur airline or
airport charges when it is not included in the selected fare.
Some fares are non-refundable or subject to penalties and fare differences. Schedules, terminals, aircraft
and operating carriers can change. Customers must provide accurate contact details, monitor airline and
BudgetFly notifications and review the latest airline information before travel.
6. Changes and cancellations
See the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Current test bookings cannot be travelled, changed for travel or
refunded because no money is collected. For future live bookings, an airline may reschedule, delay, reroute
or cancel a flight. BudgetFly will provide information or assistance when it receives the relevant airline
update, but available remedies depend on the airline, fare rules and applicable law. Rebooking, rerouting,
refunds, care and compensation may be available. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory passenger or
consumer rights.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful information, attempt unauthorised
access or use automated traffic that could harm BudgetFly or its providers.
8. Liability and consumer rights
We take reasonable care in operating the test service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the
accuracy of third-party test data. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be
excluded under Irish or applicable consumer law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Irish law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
